We do not collect any personal information from children with our app.
Our website and application comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We don’t require nor collect any information about you or your device. The only information we may collect are strictly nonpersonal and solely for the purpose of statistics, such as how long the app is used, the screens viewed and actions taken within it, and we don’t give out that information to anybody outside our company.
To receive information on new apps we’ll release, you can subscribe to our newsletter.
We provide a free, optional newsletter that parents can elect to receive by submitting a request on our website.
In agreement with the Section 312(c)(3) of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013, we notify you that:
(i) we are collecting the email address for the sole purpose of sending the newsletters;
(ii) the email address is not combined with any other information;
(iii) you may opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time by unsubscribing.
Our newsletter is provided through our third party service providers, so we share your email address with them for the sole purpose of fulfilling newsletter subscriptions.
When you request support, you may contact us via email or our support page on the website.
We allow users to contact us if they have questions about the use of our app. If you submit a support request, we will receive your email address and other information you provide related to your request (‘Suport Information’). That information won’t be used for any other purpose than to help and provide support to our users, as described under Section 312.2 of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013.
